The NBA is on a lockout and college basketball is over for now and there are no Olympics or world championships containing basketball, and we no longer have anything to post about. #MLIB

I got a survey on what I thought of my school's basketball team becoming D-I and I jumped on that survey so fast, as if it counted for a grade. #MLIB

I spent my Spring Break in New Orleans. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the first thing I saw was a TV screen ON the building showing "Minute To Win It" featuring Shannon Brown and Derek Fisher. All of the lobby televisions, the entire week, only played NBA and NCAA games whenever I was down there. Except one time TNT was playing a movie...about basketball. Additionally, one morning a USA Today was thrown at me, and the Sports page happened to land in front of my eyes with NCAA and NBA news on the front page. Oh yeah, and the highlight of my trip was the Hornets vs. Celtics game we attended. MLIB.

I was watching a TED Talk entitled: Birth of a Word, and in it an MIT researcher was showing data gathered from television shows- a tool he was using to analyze common words and the context in which they arise. Then he showed a snapshot of those contexts- Jersey Shore and NBA Basketball. That is my life, and MLIB.

My dad commented on the 4 new penny-sized scars on my kneecaps today, and all I could think was "Finally, 1 of the 6 total is from dance practice and not basketball." MLIB.

I was skimming through a motivational/meditation book, and the first example the author gave of the book's use in practice was of the Chicago Bulls practicing mindfulness meditation before games. MLIB.

I turned the TV on randomly while I surfed the web. It was on TNT, and Bones was playing. They were dissecting the body of a basketball player. MLIB.
